Where This All Started...

I have spent the last three decades working as an aesthetician helping people with their beauty.  In 2019, I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer.  I went through surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.  My journey back to health was the same as it was for many sruvivors...long and painful.  As I worked to recover my health, I also had to work equally hard to recover my beauty.  In working to recover my original look, I realized that there were other obstacles that I could never have anticipated.  This is where the journey of Photini Beauty began.

I realized that the beauty industry not only did not cater to people recovering from breast cancer (or several other types of cancer), I realized there were two problems with beauty solutions for people in recovery.  The products are toxic and the services are insufficient.  This is where I began my next fight...to fix the beauty industry for cancer survivors.

Did you know that Europeans ban over 4000 substances in their beauty products because of their toxicity?   Do you know how many are banned in the United States?  Eleven.  That's it.  This means that as you fight everyday to get your health back, the cosmetics industry is fighting against you with their products.  Most of the products that you buy everyday are putting you at risk of getting the cancer you fought so hard to get rid of.  Not only do you not have the products available, I also found that the number of people qualified or care about cancer survivor beauty is few and far between.  That's why I got certified to become an oncology aesthetician and offer my services along with my product as a complete solution for cancer survivors trying to get their beauty back.

Welcome to Photini Beauty

The products I offer are non-toxic and have ingredients specifically for people that are immunocompromised.  I source products that are free of the toxins that are in the overwhelming majority of off the shelf beauty products.  I offer skin care products and cosmetics that will not only make you look fabulous, but they are good for you.

Certified Aesthetician

As a certified oncology aesthetician, I am a skincare specialist trained to work with cancer patients, addressing the unique challenges that cancer treatments can present to the skin. I understand that treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery often lead to skin sensitivities, dryness, irritation, or burns, and they provide gentle, targeted treatments designed to soothe and protect delicate skin. By offering specialized care, I not only improve the physical appearance and comfort of their patients but also help boost emotional well-being during a challenging time.
